The Perfect Heart Necklace ... 2ps total Genuine Natural Diamond accents on this two-tone puffed heart necklace - the puffed Heart Charm is done in a domed fashion with raised wide lattice work like a loose basket weaving in a criss cross design - in between the basket weave design the heart is rhodiumed with bead motif giving it the illusion of many more diamonds & sparkle - it is gorgeous - stamped 925 to authenticate that they core is sterling silver - finished off with 120 mils of 18kt yellow gold. Puffed Heart Pendant is 3/4" inch tall (31mm) by 5/8" inch across (27mm) & is permanently attached to this 16 inch round rolo link chain.
